This position will support procurement operations in the international market and be responsible for managing various aspects of procurement, including tracking and optimizing KPIs, communicating with stakeholders and providing training, managing current and future procurement systems in international markets, improving the procurement process through analysis and best practices, developing and implementing procurement intelligence analysis, managing the annual sourcing plan system, ensuring compliance with SOX, Audit, Risk and company norms and policies, establishing procurement excellence services, and supporting negotiators with tactical tasks and KPIs.
Procurement Management: Manage the procurement team’s routine activities, including organizing project management meetings, monitoring and controlling KPIs, and creating/updating dashboards and Check of Targets presentations.
Control management: Manage audit actions, SOX compliance, risk points, and conduct compliance analysis to ensure procurement activities meet regulatory and company policies. Implement corrective actions and process improvements where necessary to address identified risks and issues.
Budget management: Work with the procurement team to manage procurement spends for the region by sub-category, and collaborate with other managers to identify deviations from the plan. Create, approve, execute, and manage the International budget in alignment with company financial goals.
Process improvement and Training: Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that optimize procurement activities. Provide awareness to stakeholders regarding the procurement process, including sending communications and developing and executing training programs to ensure alignment with procurement policies and best practices.
Focal Point: Serve as the focal point for International projects, system implementations, war rooms, and any other urgent topics. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with procurement objectives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
Advanced skills in Excel
Power BI experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
Fluent in English and Portuguese is mandatory, and Turkish would be a plus
4 years of work experience with a strong focus on the Procurement and Supply Chain process.
Prior consulting experience is preferred
