Areebajobs is recruiting for a Client in SA a Procurement Officer for Projects.

Responsibilities

Elaborate the procurement plan, based on E&I division project plan for next 3 year;
Organize and review the tender documents for EPC and others projects; base on group rule;
Organize the list of supplier, guarantee that all are qualified based on group rule(including de Due diligence);
Defined together with E&I division, strategy for call for tender for all projects;
Organize and lunch the tender based on strategy defined and in coordination with E&I division and group rule;
Organize the open of tender, coordinate de evaluation and communication with supplier;
Prepare the negotiation and award process;
Prepare the contract based on group frame contracts organize signature;
Manage all contracts(variation order, addendum and so on) , based on existing contract register, and group rule;
Produce a monthly report and ad-hoc report , with monthly KPI;
Organize archive will al tender process, contract, that enable traceability of all process;
Implement the group rule for procurement;
Participate and support the process of Inspection for Conformity of Contractor(ICC);
Assign the contract owner for each contract explain the role;
Elaborate and participate on procurement committee;
Review and update list of key supplier;
Support the internal a external process;
Participate and contribute on process of procurement optimization;
Use group procurement tools.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Science in Procurement, Engineer, Business administration, with strong exposure on Projects and EPC;
Experience: Minimum +5 years in procurement for projects, medium and large projects;
Skills required: Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (required); Strong communications and negotiation skills; Knowledge of EPC(Engineering, Procurement and Constructions) tender process;
Language: Fluent in English language written and spoken.
