Job Description
The PMO Supervisor Measurement & Analytical will take full operational responsibility for overall customer satisfaction and successful execution of Measurement Solution projects by effectively leading project engineering and project management resources. This includes supervision, holding the team accountable to processes and driving measures to target.
The PMO Supervisor Measurement & Analytical is responsible for budget, schedule, safety, efficiency, quality, and deliverables of the contract. Success will be measured in terms of project profitability, on-time completion, high-quality execution, and meeting customer specifications and expectations.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and process, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Leading the Project Engineering and Project Management team, providing coaching and assistance in professional development.
Track and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the team such as but not limited to service levels, DSO/dispute management, Liquidated Damages, Profit Uplift, Finished Goods Inventory etc.
Responsible for accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue (POR) targets and driving the team to meet and exceed the same.
Inculcate a robust mechanism of obtaining customer feedback during close out to document, share and gather actionable metrics for continuous improvement.
Implement the Best Practices and Lessons Learned Initiative to ensure learning and successes are replicated and leveraged across the team.
Escalation point for customer issues when management intervention is required.
Responsible for consistently implementing global process and procedures as identified by the leaders of the business.
Provide risk mitigation strategies to manage financial, commercial, legal and schedule risks on projects.
Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the line manager.
What do I need to be considered for this role?
Professional Engineering Degree Preferably Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemical
Minimum of 10 years experience in the automation industry.
Language proficiency: English
Strong experience in project planning and revenue recognition forecasting.
Strong knowledge of Commercial Terms & Conditions, Exposure to local laws and Taxation matters.
Exposure to working with EPCs /contractors desirable.
Experience in building teams to deliver complex projects and in managing decentralized engineering teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
