Job Purpose

Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the strategic direction of multiple performance marketing channels.

Key Result Areas

Monitor key marketing performance metrics, including social and website engagement.
Identify and search for new opportunities for our company’s online presence expansion.
Develop marketing strategies to expand our customer pool.
Collaborate with our content team to move projects forward and ensure that all campaigns are in accordance with marketing and brand strategies.
Developing testing strategies, finding new traffic sources, and managing day-to-day communication.
End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.
Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with the team/ agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies.
Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
