Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a dedicated Outlet Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The Outlet Cashier is responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, keeping track of all cash and credit transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility-

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with customers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep reports of transactions
• Bag, box or wrap packages
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in the retail industry
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Sales skills
