Order Processing Associate Full Time

About the job
Our client is a well-established food distribution organization and we are hiring experienced order processing associates from the food, beverages and FMCG trading sector to join their Dubai operations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the accurate and timely high volume order processing to ensure on-time order delivery to customers and order confirmation issuance.

Role Summary
Generating and updating orders for picking lists.
Process all change order requests.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
2+years’ experience in food, beverages, FMCG customer service, telesales, telemarketing, data entry and order processing experience with accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
Proficient use of Excel including V Look Up and Pivot tables.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in Dubai – must be able to live and work in Dubai
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak good English
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills.
Education
Diploma education as a minimum
Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
