MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT – Minimun 6 months.
The G&A department is seeking an administrative assistant to perform tasks such as:
Check and process software orders and project services according to the corporate policies – implementing the procedure in place.
Issue invoices and credit notes to the customers.
Customer service and support.
Cut license keys and ensure delivery to the customers.
Process basic accounting transactions in ERP.
Handle relationship with Local Authorities, Finance and legal partners.
Maintain a strong relationship with the rest of the PPM team in Europe and US.
Strong effort to meet the deadlines and produce activities schedule.
Responsive and reliable with an ability to work both independently and as a team player when successfully completing routine and urgent tasks.
Business Administration degree (or similar).
3 years minimum in a similar position in a multinational company.
Good knowledge of Office pack and most usual ERP.
Experience in invoicing and customer service.
Basic knowledge of accounting
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of French or Arabic would be an asset but not mandatory.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Autonomous and proactive.
Strong team player.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and flexible.
