JOB PURPOSE

To build strong relationship with MAGRABi store internal customers (Staff) by carrying out customer services activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Optician or Optometry.
Minimum 2 years of relevant optical experience with a proven performance.
Arabic Speaking is a must.

Job Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships with store staff by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Process orders accurately within agreed time frames ensuring on time, quality, and efficiency.
Share product information and best practices with team members to improve service level and provide over the phone technical support.
Support logistics to assist in the achievement of optimum service levels while building a sustainable relationship of trust.
Verify sales and purchase orders accurately to follow the agreed-on process.
Manage sales and delivery reports to provide order status to the stores.
Monitor orders delivery lead time for each country to ensure efficiency and consistency across all regions.
Respond to all customer inquiries and resolve any issues appropriately while ensuring top quality, customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Manage quality issues reports and work on corrective long-term actions.
