What You’ll Be Doing
Excellent knowledge in almost all government sectors in UAE.
Excellent customer service and assistance skills.
Excellent skills in document clearing in UAE from the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Skill to handle corporate customers and assist them on all government related documentation.
Liaise with the Immigration Department for visa formalities (new, renewal, release and cancellation) including arranging transit / visit visas for the guests and clients visiting the company.
Organise and complete all the documentation formalities for new recruits for getting the residence visa stamped on staff;s passport within the prescribed time limit.
Ensure that all visa renewals are done on time as per the UAE government regulations to avoid the imposition of fine.
Organise the cancellation procedures in coordination with the HR and Onboarding Department and follow up on repatriation of the resigned / terminated staff.
Establish contracts with the Police authorities to solve problems related to employees (accident, death, theft, drunkenness, etc.) under the guidance of the Assistant Public Relations Manager.
Report cases of absconding employees and loss of passport immediately to the concerned authorities.
Ensure new/renewal of trade licence of properties managed by MOOVE with the Economic Department and Dubai Municipality.
Ensure that all vehicle/asset renewals, registrations, Hayazas are done on time as per the UAE government regulations to avoid the imposition of fine.
Ensure all fines are paid to the UAE government as per the timelines to further avoid any fines.

What You Will Need For This Position
Graduate Degree or Diploma holder.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated ability to maintain constructive relationships with others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach the team.
Should be able to work effectively as part of a team.
High level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change
