Job Description

We are looking for a Operations Manager in Dubai with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operations and administrative processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company.

This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on direct administration function, HR, policies, procedures, IMS, H&S and internal communication.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions, improving operational management systems and processes
Process improvement across all functions related to the operations and other divisions
Assess and analyse operational budget to minimise expenses and optimise profits
Set up, implement and manage policies for the region through consultation and input from the country director/country manager
Provide input when consulted on Payroll Approval for Global Directors to make informed decisions and carry out necessary actions
Provide input when consulted on Administration Policies, Procedures, & Forms
Accountable for building and developing the Operations team monitoring the performance of direct reports and giving the necessary directives, training and assistance
Establish a local network of suppliers

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
Adaptability, enabling the Operations Manager to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects
10 (five) years of experience in administrative processes
Familiarity with business and financial
