Conduct thorough assessments of new properties to evaluate their potential for short-term rental.
Identify any maintenance, repair, or improvement needs and recommend necessary actions to ensure properties meet GuestReady’s quality standards.
Collaborate with property owners and other team members to establish clear expectations and requirements.
Property Setup and Optimization:
Coordinate and oversee the setup process for new properties, ensuring all necessary amenities, furnishings, and supplies are in place.
Collaborate with the Operations team to create appealing property listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality photos, and competitive pricing.
Optimize property listings by conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and implementing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract guests.
Collaborate with the Styling team to furnish the property up to GuestReady’s quality standards.
Documentation and Contracts:
Prepare and review property management agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents with property owners.
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including permits, licenses, and insurance coverage.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, contracts, and agreements.
Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners during the onboarding process, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Foster strong relationships with property owners, providing them with regular updates and feedback on their property’s performance and suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and promote additional services offered by GuestReady.
Training and Support:
Provide ongoing support to property owners, addressing their inquiries, and offering guidance on optimizing their property’s performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and local regulations affecting the short-term rental market.
UAE Driving licence
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
Knowledge on the short-term rental industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using property management software and online platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional property visits or meetings outside regular working hours.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are helpful.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
