About the job
Our client, a global consulting firm in UAE looking for an Objectives and Key Results Specialist, a 1-month freelance contract with a possible extension. Remote job with an occasional trip to Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible to:
Support and coach people in the process of the OKR system within the organization.
Develop and implement a change management plan for OKR Adoption by developing communication and training content.

Deep knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
