What will you be doing?
Join our team in Dubai as an Office & Sales Administrative Officer and make a meaningful impact on our local and international business. You will report to the VP Finance and be responsible for providing exceptional sales and administrative support to our Tactical Communications team.
Key Responsibilities will include
Provide administrative support to the Tactical Communications team located in Dubai.
Liaise with DMCC, Immigration and other UAE Government bodies to support the office and staff.
Provide general book-keeping – accounting support.
Manage the provision of local services and supplies to the UAE office.
Support staff meetings, conferences, and local-international travel requirements
Assist with onboarding of new team members.
Administer customer accounts and prepare reports.
Coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate order expedition.
As the ideal candidate, you will have prior experience in a similar office administration role, preferably in the UAE, and have worked in a global organization. Your excellent communication skills will help you liaise with government bodies, including DMCC and Immigration, to support the office and staff. You will also have experience with bookkeeping and accounting, manage the provision of local services and supplies, assist with new team member on boarding, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate order expedition.
While knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software is an advantage, it is not essential. What’s most important is your passion, can-do attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
French or Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.
