As an Office Administrator/Coordinator at Jet Aviation, you will support the administrative operations of our Aircraft Management/Aircraft Maintenance and FBO business in Dubai. This shall include the departments day-to-day functions performing various organizational, administrational and HR-related tasks as well as supporting our customers and flight crew.
Various administrative tasks supporting the Administration Manager, Receptionist, HR Director and local PRO
Residence visa process for crew members based in UAE in coordination with DAFZA
Resolving various queries of customers, crew members and the parent company in Switzerland
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in the UAE.
Fluency in English, oral and written
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused, service and result oriented
Self-starter, highly motivated
Reliable and trustworthy
Professional background in an international company, preferably aviation
Experience in dealing with governmental authorities
