Iris Star is currently hiring for the following senior role:

• Mobile Technical Lead

This position offers the opportunity to lead the architecture and delivery of modern mobile and web applications while mentoring development teams and acting as a key technical contact for clients.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

The Mobile Technical Lead will play a critical role in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter

• Building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces with React.js

• Developing backend services using Node.js, .NET Core, or Java, including REST and GraphQL APIs

• Architecting secure, scalable end-to-end solutions integrating frontend, backend, and third-party systems

• Implementing modern UI/UX practices using CSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles

• Integrating applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and APIs

• Ensuring software quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Leading, mentoring, and guiding mobile and full-stack development teams

• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, including demos, PoCs, and requirement discussions

• Delivering client documentation, training, and solution presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates applying for this Mobile Technical Lead job in Dubai should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in full-stack development

• At least 4+ years of mobile app development using React Native or Flutter

• Strong expertise in React.js and state management (Redux / Context API)

• Backend development experience with Node.js, .NET Core, or Java

• Hands-on experience with responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and CSS frameworks

• Cloud and DevOps exposure including Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins

• Database experience with SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks

• Testing experience using Appium, Jest, Cypress, Detox

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (HIPAA/GDPR) is an added advantage

• Additional skills in Swift, Kotlin, Vue.js, Angular, or Flutter are a plus
