About the job
Execute maintenance and repair activities for power and backup systems, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and rectification of faults in UPS, DC systems, generators, panels, battery systems, power distribution units, AC units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, SACs, exhaust fans, and ventilation units.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential equipment issues, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while carrying out maintenance activities, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions, maintaining comprehensive maintenance logs and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and major maintenance projects.
Conduct performance tests and measurements on mechanical systems and equipment to assess efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and optimize energy consumption.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical systems maintenance, incorporating them into daily operations to enhance performance.
Comply with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring adherence to working hours, leave entitlements, and other employment-related matters.
Provide support and assistance to other team members as required, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
