Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Timely scheduling of orders to drive sales and order execution.
Drive on-time delivery to customers
Review of backlog and planning the release of the orders as per the customer requested date
Assist Parts & QS Manager with the POR review & planning
Planning and prioritizing orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determining parts needed to achieve customer order/demand
Scheduling of orders for picking, packing, and shipping to the customers
Liaise with Purchasing Team to review the open POs and plan the orders accordingly
Liaise with Stores, & Quality for inspection and stocking of parts
Liaise with Logistics team for on time shipping of the orders
Monitor order execution team from Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality and Shipping to achieve overall sales target and overall service level goal.
Provide information on the status of MEAPAC orders / progress to Customers / LBP.
Interface and communicate with Customer Service departments at various factories or suppliers to inquire about order status and expedite as required.
Generate and improve KPIs for MEAPAC
Implement Perfect Execution principles throughout the Lifecycle Services business processes
Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by you line manager

Ensure effective management of HSSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, incidents and Near Misses in line with the MEA Emerson HSE incident policy. Active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
