Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support/expertise to assist the sales team in their sales effort and Digital Transformation journey.
Data compilation from Data sources and processing related reports.
Working with BFO Champions to ensure high quality and precision of data and generate repots accordingly.
Lead the CAPEX to OPEX internal improvement for various technologies to be used in the optimization process.
Possesses specialized product knowledge in a single product or product line. Delivers in depth presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales representatives.
May possess some capability for the installation component of product/service solutions and develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of product solutions.
May have a continuing role in customer support to address clients’ issues in the usage of organizational product/services.
Assist the sales force by providing a high-level product expertise and knowledge of the targeted product centric application to customers.
Provides technical support to the field sales force by bringing deep or specific product and application knowledge in order to help understand customer design, configure & put Schneider products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification and close a deal.
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
From 1 to 4 years relevant experience.
Fluency required in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Demonstrate a flair & understanding of customer support issues, flexibility and an ability to learn quickly.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, aptitude to understand and explain technical information, interpersonal, communications and time management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain customer rapport.
