Job description:
The candidate will play a key role within the organization taking responsibility over two main aspects: from one hand, providing accurate information, report and analysis to support the decision making process of the management team and, on the other hand, supporting the implementation and execution of the Marketing Plans for the region both offline and online, working closely with agencies and other cross functional teams inside the organization.
Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute accurate monthly sales reports for the regional area and by country providing strong analytical information to support the management team.
Monitor price strategy execution through monthly analysis with details by country and channels.
Manage the CRM data by evaluating the monthly progresses vs the target and proposing solutions and actionable recommendations to improve the execution.
Support presales teams by proving all the requested technical documents needed to sale the product portfolio within the region.
End-to-end Marketing Materials implementation across the region, both online and offline. This includes defining suitable materials, creating artworks with agencies according to global brand strategy, and follow up 100% of the execution.
Review the performance of commercial and marketing activities by following up and comparing actual results with initial targets.
Develop material for trainings and seminars for key stakeholders within the region.
Manage orders / quotations / payments process for agencies through SAP.
Close communication with cross-functional teams locally, within the region and with HQ.
Contribute to the development and execution of our loyalty program and incentive schemes
Oversee the entire product certification process for the region
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related.
2+ years of experience in Marketing and /or Product Management.
Previous experiences in multinational companies.
Familiarity with B2B business and marketing strategies
Fluency in English is a must
Proficiency in Office package with high expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Relevant previous experience with SAP.
Familiar with all CRM functions and processes involved.
Knowledge in product certifications for the market
Consumer-focused, curious, and data-driven.
Excellent writing and communication skills
Must hold a valid UAE driving license
