The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving the success of our campaigns. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies, CRM operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing team members to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.
Conduct data analysis to gather insights, track campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing operations.
Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize campaign workflows and drive efficiency.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
Assist in the setup and customization of the ERP system to enhance marketing operations.
Maintain strong communication channels with team members and supervisors, fostering productive relationships.
Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in marketing operations.

Requirements

Fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including digital marketing and lead generation.
Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and their customization is a plus.
Photoshop and/illustrator is a plus.
