Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be taking a main lead in developing and executing on all elements of marketing plans and strategies such as envisioning, branding, and positioning, analysing market studies, generating leads, transition, printed and online media, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating brand and positioning platforms while working with the Management on the content, flow and positioning.
Creating collaborative marketing strategies theme, product positioning and creative branding for Companys projects with the team.
Critically think about the marketing and sales tools that are needed for each project which help achieve overall goals and objectives and are executed on time and within budget.
Strategise advertising campaigns including print, online and outdoor media strategies, advertising design and editorials.
Add creative thinking, feedback and recommendations to companys services development.
Build close relationships with each Departments Manager to ensure they have the tools necessary to perform their role.
Influence website development and management, working with a website developer.
Oversee photography management.
Responsible for print and electronic material including stationary, brochures, flyers, proposals and presentations.
Create and manage budgets and the communication with your internal team and clients.
Be an ambassador of Company inside and outside the office.
Strong and confident boardroom presentation skills.
Support in growing strong client relationships.
Plan and execute events and Company’s promotional campaigns including social media, SEO, display advertising, e-mail marketing, SMS.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or any other associated relevant degree.
4-6 years of experience in real estate and consulting is essential.
Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment.
Energetic and professional. Natural at developing relationships and working with clients and colleagues. A keen attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A great communicator with strong organisation skills.
Time-management skills working under pressure with multiple projects and timelines.
Proficient in reviewing collateral both grammatically and visually.
Proven experience in creating and delivering successful creative and strategic marketing campaigns, particularly within the property and consulting markets.
Excellent written, graphic and verbal communication skills.
