Job Overview:
Omnicell is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its team in the Middle East. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness in the region. Reporting to the Director of Regional and Product Marketing, the Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, marketing communication, product management, and customer support, to ensure that Omnicell’s solutions are effectively marketed to customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and generate revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and solutions.
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, events, and social media.
Develop and manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
