Our client:
Our client are a luxury property developer and looking for a Marketing Executive with luxury and hospitality background.
The Marketing Executive, led by the Marketing Manager, will be working on all marketing plans, and all aspects of campaigns, advertising or project implementation.
The Executive will play a critical role in the entire process as they will support the Marketing Managers to complete projects from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional outlets.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results
Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Manage the company’s online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and digital advertising
Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
Maintain and uphold brand standards across all marketing channels
Contribute to the development of brand positioning and messaging.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Luxury hospitality
Proven experience 2-3 years in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
