Key requirements:
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, radio, influencers, PR, events, and more. Coordinate with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and external agencies to create compelling content and visuals.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Monitor and manage brand perception, customer feedback, and online presence.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics and analytics tools. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and creative departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenses, negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and optimize marketing spend to achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, internal and external stakeholders, influencers, and agencies. Explore collaboration opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand brand reach and awareness.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Proven work experience in marketing or a similar role with minimum 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis methodologies.
Language: English (Arabic Preferred)
