The Candidate

As marketing executive, you will join a committed marketing team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ marketing experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

The VIBE at FIVE is all about performing optimally while having the best professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the social media calendars which include supporting photo shoots, copywriting brand-focused messages for regular scheduled posts, attending events and activations to take social media stories
Assist in customer service issues from all our social media platforms and coordinate with the relevant internal departments
Managing online review platforms
Work alongside a team to develop and execute new event concepts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ spirit
Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
The ability to manage and drive a highly dynamic operation
Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
A degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or experience in Marketing
Interest and experience in F&B sector and night life venues
Proactive and can do approach with ability to drive campaigns using minimal guidance and own initiative.
Fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages are a plus
