Marketing Director
The Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking an innovative Marketing Director for our Creative Services team at our Beirut office. The position will be flexible and can be handled from Egypt, Beirut, or Dubai.
The Marketing Director will oversee MBNs strategic and tactical marketing activities to expand MBNs market share, viewership, and competitive advantages. The marketing director will work with, lead, manage, and inspire a team of marketers and external agencies to successfully promote MBNs entities and products though creative marketing initiatives and out of the box advertising activities.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Develop and present marketing strategies, tactics, and plans based on studying MBNs entities and its products, research data and various indicators, tracking changes in viewership, identifying viewers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Ensuring high ROIs from marketing and advertising activities though metrics, and quantitative and qualitative data.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term marketing activities and issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing marketing tactics.
Identify marketing opportunities and initiatives for MBNs entities and products and plan and align efforts to achieve desired marketing goals.
Provides short and long-term market intelligence reports by, research data, analysis, and interpretation of digital data.
Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
Candidates are required to have:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing.
At least a B.A/B.S. in related fields.
Outstanding communications, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and in a senior marketing role.
Proficient knowledge in the digital, TV, radio, and media trends.
Knowledge and understanding of current political, economic, and social conditions affecting MBNs target region.
Extensive knowledge of the media environment in the MENA region.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive, energetic, and collaborative professional relationships and environments.
Proficient knowledge of English and Arabic.
