The Manager, Talent Management oversees the Talent Management lifecycle across Atlantis Dubai for organizational excellence. This includes Performance appraisals, Talent Reviews, Succession and Career Planning and High Potential Development for our colleagues across both Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal and Aquaventure Waterpark.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Implement Talent Development Programs for all levels of colleagues including leaders & high potential talent
Be the champion and key supporter of talent mobility, colleague development and retention
Act as the internal coach to colleagues and be an expert on guiding Individual Development Plans.
Oversee the performance appraisal process
Participate in resort wide Talent Review meetings.
Research on best practices, as well as propose and execute solutions, tools, processes, and metrics that will support our Talent Management Strategy.
Partner with our Talent Acquisition, Learning &development and HR Services team to ensure alignment and integrated talent management across the HR Function
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Minimum five years of experience in talent or leadership development and/or talent management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology or related field
Certified Coaching qualification would be preferred.
Experience in designing/implementing talent programs
Experience in working with SAP success factors would be highly advantageous
Ability to motivate, coach and build relationships at all levels of the organization
