About The Role
Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love over exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? Then our sales division is awaiting your application today! As a Sales Manager – Leisure, you will manage existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal from the international leisure markets, positioning Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal within the leisure segment at the respective markets as one destination. You will communicate the key differentiators of Atlantis the Royal versus Atlantis the Palm to the clients and ensure their understanding of each products value, as well as penetrate the luxury segment fits to Atlantis the Royal (directly and indirectly) and drive luxury business toward the property. Another key aspect to the role will be introducing Atlantis the Royal as a new product to the accounts and ensure showcasing the property through product experience visits (site inspections, FAM trips).
The successful Sales Manager will have 1-2 years previous experience minimum, working within a 5-star resort/hotel at Manager level within the European leisure market. Speaking an additional European language such as French or German is essential, as well as possessing good spoken and written English. Experience working within a resort, and within Dubai is also advantageous.
You will also possess a flair for sales, having a passion to increase all sales opportunities whilst applying your strong negotiation skills, complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients.
