Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading gaming company based out in Dubai, UAE. To develop and expand their esports business, our client is looking for an energetic and creative Manager to handle Content and Sponsorship.The Manager-Content and Sponsorship is going to produce, enhance, and maintain content for their Esports business and also attract new potential sponsors. The ideal candidate should have creative writing abilities & have experience onboarding sponsors in addition to having experience working with influencers.

Responsibilities include – – Develop a long-term and short-term content strategy for the entire Esports department.
Having a strong understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook is a MUST.
Enhance the brand by developing marketing strategies.
Create and publish content in line with the brand image
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
Determine various revenue streams and develop pitches to attract sponsorships.
Develop close relationships with players and influencers to elevate the brand
Meet all stakeholders expectations for deliverables.
Co-ordinate with in-house and external teams to deliver succesful events .
Stay current on developments and generate new ideas to capture the attention of the audience.
Requirements- Knowledge of the Esports industry would be an advantage.
A proven track record of managing sponsorships and content
Familiarity with all social media platforms
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Arabic is a MUST
Attention to detail is a must
Good organizational and time-management skills
