Landscape Engineer Full Time

Visit and manage maintenance sites on daily basis to ensure works are of high standards, and quality is maintained at all times. This includes meeting/calling clients to understand their personal requirements from our garden maintenance services.
To prepare quotations for extra works required by maintenance clients.
Visit sites that are undergoing any additional works apart from routine maintenance or those that have existing complaints that need immediate attention.
Troubleshoot all landscaping problems – including minor plumbing and electrical works.
To prepare landscape quotations & design irrigation system as per the landscape plan.
To execute all hard and soft landscaping works independently as per the approved drawings with emphasis on proper selection of plants and lawn.
To coordinate and follow up with subcontractors engaged in a project, and plan works in proper sequence and in accordance with their progress to ensure a timely completion of project, with emphasis on quality control.
To ensure client meetings on a regular basis as the project progresses and get material approvals. Incorporate all their additional requirements, if any, by preparing variations and getting approvals.
To plan and allocate labor force to various sites as per the requirements of workload and timeline of the project.
To coordinate with suppliers and arrange for delivery of materials in a timely manner.
Manage labor force, schedule timings, ensure work output, educate workmen on their job and motivate them from time to time.
Prepare a daily report of all works carried out at sites; add all information into daily diaries on server for job tracking.
Any other additional responsibilities entrusted by the Line Manager / Management.
Requirements2 Years’ Experience In a Similar Field.

Bachelor’s degree
