Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of accounts.
Plan, own & execute the sales growth plan for government sector across Abu Dhabi
End-to-end management of key government customer accounts from mapping, customer acquisition, to building relationships, understanding complex sales cycles & structure Asus products for effective for sales conversion. This includes planning, forecasting, project management, reporting and after sales follow up
Develop strong relationships with end-customer contacts at executive level to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers enabling development of a strategy to sell Asus products & solutions
Plan & propose annual/quarterly sales plan to management with roadmap for execution
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Bears overall responsibility for customer ownership and acts as central point of contact and interface between customer & organization
Identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts.
Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.
Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.
Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for accounts and revise based on actual performance.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, services, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
Have proven track record of handling government end-customer accounts for IT products & solutions in UAE-GCC
Understands government tender requirements with relevance to IT hardware & solutions
Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, strong attention to detail and a hunger to win.
Have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Graduate degree or equivalent (MBA Preferred)
Minimum 5-6 years of strategic sales experience in a B2B Sales of IT products Solutions in Dubai/Abu Dhabi market
