At Sana Commerce, were looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help our customers to drive value in UKI region by ensuring the best experience possible with our e-commerce platform.??
What youll be doing:
Driving the success within your?portfolio of?accounts based in UK and Ireland by acting as an internal advocate;
Building and maintaining deeply rooted relationships with your?customers;???
Increasing retention?by taking actions on identified?risks;????
Advising your customers on how?our solution?can help?them?achieve their?objectives;???
Managing our online customer community.??
What youll bring:
You have at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management within the UK Irish market;
A native?level of English.?Any other?(B2+)?European language:?Dutch, German, French, Italian, Danish,?or Swedish?is?a plus;??
Excellent communication and listening skills;
A bachelors degree (minimum requirement).
