Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing and issuing sales invoices and reconciliation with receipts.
Recording of bills from suppliers and reconciliation with accounts payable.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Daily recording of journal entries for data entry, bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, reconciliations on monthly basis.
Other accounting data entry or documentation task as requested.

Profile

Qualifications Required:

Three years or more of related experience required
Must have knowledge of accounting standards/IFRS
Knowledge of accounting software like Sage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel basic must)
