About the job
Deploy typical office equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers etc.
Provide user support via the ticketing system.
Train users on Office365/M365 and Cloud technologies
Train users on general security practices
Other tasks as defined.
Desired Skills and Experience
Familiar with virtualization platforms such as VMWare & Hyper-V
Proficient Windows 10 use and diagnostic
Basic networking diagnostic
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication of technical issues to users of all technical levels
Strong competencies in teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness & flexibility
Proficient computer skills MS Office is required.
Excellent organizational skills
Education And Experience
Degree in computer related field or equivalent certifications
1 year of experience
Microsoft Office 365, Azure, MTA, CCENT/Network+ certification(s) desired, ERP (MS Dynamics/Business Central) helpful
