KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT support engineer with 1 years of experience, your responsibilities would typically include:
Providing technical support: This involves responding to user requests for technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and escalating problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Installing and configuring hardware and software: You may be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software for users, including printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications.
Troubleshooting network issues: You will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, including connectivity problems, network access issues, and other network-related problems.
Maintaining and upgrading systems: You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing systems, including hardware and software, to ensure they remain up-to-date and functioning properly.
