As Pyypl continues to scale, we are looking for an International Business Development Manager for Pakistan to join our team and help broaden our customer growth in particular amongst those migrating to the UAE.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As International Business Manager for Pakistan you will be required to:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and sales plans
Drive user onboarding and loyalty for Pyypl products and services
Execute KPIs and targets defined by Pyypl Management
Increase reach and availability of Pyypl products and services in the Pakistan community living in the UAE
Ensure product performance through effective branding, user engagement, and direct marketing activities
Coordinate with different teams to maximize efficiency of initiatives across functions marketing, branding, product improvement and more
Establish commercial partners to promote Pyypl Virtual and Physical card adoption for Pakistanis residing in this UAE and tourists to the UAE
Understand, develop, and implement an efficient and scalable approach to build Pyypl’s customer base among UAE-based Pakistan communities
Build and manage a network of Pyypl specialists, promoters, influencers, and ambassadors in the UAE and abroad
Significantly boost Pyypl product awareness in Pakistan, with a focus on e-commerce transactions (games, advertising and professional services) and International money transfers

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Strategy or Business Administration is highly preferred
4+ years’ experience, working in customer facing roles in FMCG, Telecom, Fintech or similar industries
Digital Savvy, strong understanding of online acquisition and retention strategies
Strong understanding of the Pakistan Diaspora/community in the UAE
Self-starter, highly motivated and results driven mindset
Team player and a genuine ‘Pyypl’ person
Fluent English and Urdu (other local dialects is plus)
Willingness to spend time on the ground to get things done
Fluent in Excel and very comfortable with data analysis and understanding.
