Mandatory Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following academic and certification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, B. Tech, BE, MCA, BSc, or a related Information Systems field

• CCNA and CCNP certifications are mandatory

• Preferred certification in Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS, or OCI)

Experience & Technical Expertise

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in troubleshooting and managing network infrastructure and services

• Strong background working with Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE

• Proven experience with cloud networking solutions — Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

• Solid knowledge of SDN technologies such as Cisco or Dell

• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools (Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins) plus basic Linux knowledge

• Expertise in network routing protocols, NAT, DMVPN, QoS, and multicast concepts

• Experience managing data center and branch network operations

• Ability to troubleshoot with tools like Wireshark and DNS diagnostic tools

This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, deep technical understanding, and readiness to work extended hours during critical incidents.
