Key Responsibilities
Take the lead in driving an increase in business across all FIVE outlets, igniting a stylish and chic buzz with a touch of luxury appeal.
Set an example by reporting to duty punctually, wearing business attire that reflects FIVEs Sensational style, and always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
Provide professional and courteous service at all times, ensuring that all FIVE Tribe Members of the assigned outlet follow the Award-Winning ‘FIVE Star’ example.
Ensure that the place of work and surrounding areas are kept clean and organised, creating a positive ambiance.
Inspire fellow FIVERs to execute the highest level of service standards, delivering a premium and curated Insta-Perfect experience.
Understand the concept(s) of the outlet(s) thoroughly and train all FIVE Tribe Members of the outlet(s) in regard to the Luxurious ‘FIVE-Style.’
Set a sterling example in terms of service, products, and knowledge to the team, reflecting the stunning concept(s) of the outlet(s) and creating an energizing ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Organise tastings of daily dishes and new menus, to ensure the FIVE Tribe are knowledgeable and can confidently describe each dish to guests
Be knowledgeable of the existing POS systems, utilising Industry-Leading technology to enhance the FIVE Journey.
Lead the outlet(s) efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality of Food and Beverage services, as well as driving high top-line revenue and profit results through Boundary-Breaking strategies.
Produce reports and analyses of the outlet(s) and present the reports in the monthly performance meeting, showcasing FIVEs Award-Winning achievements and exciting announcements.
Assist in the preparation of the outlets budget, ensuring a Next-Level approach to financial planning.
Monitor operating supplies and equipment to reduce spoilage and wastage, successfully contributing to FIVEs sustainable and environmentally conscious practises.
Establish a pool of qualified and trained full and part-time employees in conjunction with FIVEs Human Resources Department, building a strong FIVE Tribe and nurturing future FIVERs.
Manage daily or weekly meetings with the kitchen teams and foster teamwork to constantly develop the outlet(s) for greater success, infusing the FIVE Journey with energising and rejuvenating Vibes.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with team members on preparation, guest profiles, services to be performed, and menus served, ensuring a Glam and Sensational experience for every guest.
Prepare and review the outlets Operations Manual updates annually in accordance with the Assistant Director, capturing the Behind-The-Scenes ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Handle guest enquiries and complaints in the outlet(s) in a courteous and efficient manner, embodying the spirit of a ‘FIVE-Star’ FIVE Tribe Member.
Efficiently up-sell all items offered by the department, creating memorable experiences that go beyond expectations.
Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the stewarding department, ensuring a seamless and premium service delivery.
Act as Food and Beverage Duty Manager during the absence of the Food and Beverage Head of Department and Assistant Head of Department, maintaining and delivering a First-in-Class service.
Continuously improve In-Room Dining menu and services based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of senior management experience (UAE hospitality experience desirable).
A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit
Commitment to delivering exceptional personalized dining experiences.
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the team.
The ability to foster positive relationships with guests and other FIVE Tribe Members.
