What’s the Role?
The role of the Implementation & Care Specialist (ICS) Intern is to take responsibility for the Tool Services phase of our solution sales process (Hilti ON!Track). This includes partnering with Solution Consultants and Field Sales Teams in selling a successful implementation and building the customer relationship through the implementation of Tool Services. This internship is for a period of 6 months.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will make outside, face‐to‐face business activities in relation to Hiltis ON!Track Tool Service Solution in order to grow a loyal customer base and strengthen the companys position or market share.
During Implementations you will work with our Solutions Consultant to define & manage overall project schedules and assign tasks/deadlines to the project team as necessary during execution. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate Hilti products and services in person, face?to‐face, with customers and train our customers on Hilti Tool Service Solutions at all levels of the company.
As the ICS Intern with Hilti, you will collaborate with a variety of departments within Hilti to complete activities and achieve these goals, such as logistics, finance, marketing, and customer service. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the field sales team in contract negotiations with customers to ensure long‐term customer engagement.

What you need is:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma
Experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi
Proactive approach with enthusiasm to learn and succeed
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team
To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
Personal vehicle to visit customer sites
Valid Emirates residency, under family or school sponsorship for the duration of the internship
