The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
Ensuring that pets undergo medical checkups, and then making appropriate accommodations to ensure that they are transported in a safe and legal manner.
Helping clients to find appropriate shipping solutions.
Preparing and providing invoices for your services.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

You have minimum 3 years of experience in customer services, sales, or telesales.
You have knowledge of basic UK immigration laws and regulations (Full Training to be provided)
You have the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
You have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
You have the ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships
You have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
You have strong organizational and time management skills

Base salary
AED60,000/yr – AED84,000/yr
