Tasks

Perform installations and upgrades of Varian Medical Systems products.
Resolve technical issues and assist teammates with troubleshooting.
Implementation of system approvals and training customers in basic operations.
Participate in internal training courses on VMS products and independently maintain a high level of competence.
Generate job reports with VMS reporting tools.
Independent planning and recording of transactions as well as travel expense reports.
Willingness to travel a lot (80% / travel duration approx. 2-4 weeks). Mainly in UAE, occasionally also in EMEA region.

Requirements

Degree from a technical college or university in the field of electronics, biomedical engineering or equivalent.
Experience in a customer facing position is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of technical systems with the ability to troubleshoot.
Sound knowledge of the use of electronic measuring devices.
Good computer skills and an understanding of IT networks.
Independent, committed, pragmatic and result-oriented way of working.
Ability to work remotely in an international team.
Fluency in spoken and written English, knowledge of the local language and other languages is an advantage.
