HR Onboarding Executive responsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days. Ultimately, you will organize and facilitate our companys onboarding procedures for new hires.
Key Result Areas | Performance Indicators
Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations and values
Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options
Prepare onboarding kits (if required) Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour Introduce team members
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
Coordinate company presentations
Inform employees on their first tasks
Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
Address new hires queries regarding their contracts and payroll
Responsible to trace record for all type of company contract (Labor Contract)
Protect company from any kind of fraud by employee through using salary certificate /Salary Transfer Letter to different bank
Responsible for arranging transfer of employees to other outlets/departments
Prepares Monthly attendance sheet & send it to respective outlets
Keep records of all employee letters and ensure HR filing system is always up to date Assist P.R.O section to proceed with all their duties
Inform P.R.O about all employee document renewal on time
Maintain the existing file and make sure that will be updated & included all necessary information for the staff
Follow up with P.R.O for all kind of employee cancellation & air ticket repatriation as well as passport handover
Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, And Skills)
Degree in HR or equivalent
Basic Knowledge for administration workflow
Smart, Punctual, Patient, And Confidential.
Able to monitor all kind of document and file as per standard.
Ability to work under pressure & capable raise high qualification and skills against work monotony.
Good knowledge of administration F&B Operation needs.
Time Management and work with deadline strategies.
Knowledge and skills in UAW Labor Law & General Law.
Well organized, attention to detail.
Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Filing workflow in HR-Department.
If you have an HR background, basic knowledge of labor legislation and a flair for interacting with people, would be a plus!
