Our client has been a name at the forefront of Dubai Real Estate, with multibillion dirham investments.

They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the HR operations, including recruiting, training, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
HR A to Z onboarding to offboarding.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Oversee employee training and development programs.
Develop and implement performance management processes.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the HR team and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
