Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established irrigation and landscaping company based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a passionate HR Personnel who will be responsible for the recruitment and employee grievance. Other job responsibilities will be as follow
Recruitment for the roles related to Maintenance and Construction.
Formulate detailed and specific job descriptions that can drive hiring within the UAE and abroad
Onboarding new employees and organizing training programs
Off boarding the employees (exit interviews), including coordination with PROs, clearance and settlement
Manage employee retention and employee engagement in the professional environment
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, claims and reimbursements, deductions and manage payroll within the new WPS system
Establish skills and pay structures for resource scheduling and job costing
Establish system integration
Requirements
10 years of experience in HR
Bachelor’s Degree specialized in HR
Experience in hiring for construction and maintenance specific roles, preferably landscaping
Must have good communication skills
Experience with ERP system
