A fintech start up business is currently recruiting for a HR specialist with experience in recruitment to join the business. The role will work closely with the COO to map out TA strategies and hiring opportunities. As well as managing HR requests from employees.
A degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager, or a similar role
Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques
Experience with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools and the ability to utilise them effectively
Excellent time-management skills and a strong work ethic
The ability to identify and address bottlenecks in the recruiting process
