Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, with a strong focus on employee documentation, data management, and coordination with UAE government platforms. The role ensures full compliance with labour and regulatory requirements while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
Hands-on experience with UAE government systems (MOHRE, TASHEEL, GDRFA, TECOM, GPSSA).
Strong documentation, data entry, and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance is preferred.
