Job Description:

GuestReady Vacation Rentals is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Associates. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and prepared for our valued guests. Your commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere will contribute to our guests’ unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties according to established standards and checklists.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, steam clean, sweep and mop floors.
Ensure all appliances and equipment are in working order.
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the appropriate channels.
Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We provide training for motivated individuals who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business needs.
