Housekeeping Manager Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to join a premium brand hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff.
Ensure the cleanliness of all areas of our organization, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and track housekeeping expenses.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Cluster HK Manager, preferably in a Large Operation within International or regional brand.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Pre-Opening Experience is a must.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office.
