Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Host/Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host/Hostess will greet guests, seat them, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility-

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant or event
• Seat guests according to seating chart and provide menus
• Take reservations over the phone and manage seating arrangements
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor
