What You Will Do
- Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
- Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
- Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
- Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.
- Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages.
