Our Client, a boutique real estate agency is looking for a Head of Sales to join their team.
As a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our sales department.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and industry knowledge will be essential to the achievement of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and budgets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Manage sales pipelines and track key performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans.
Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Identify opportunities for brand exposure and community involvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
